Not very impressed with this trimmer. I spent 300 I expected it to be atleast as good as the trim bag but it most certainly was not. The trimmer blade gets stuck when in use and won’t move until you adjust the drill setting which spins it way to quickly. You can also hear the blade rubbing against the side of the walls which leaves metal shards everywhere. Also the shaft does not hold onto the drill very well. Not impressed with this product at all.
C.G we're deeply sorry to hear that the harvest bucket is not performing the way we intended. With the help of the community, we were able to identify an issue with the round shaft design that was essentially creating a disk brake from slight downward pressure when using the trimmer. We have implemented the fix for future designs and are sending out fixes for effected units. Please check your email for more details.
So I get home from a business trip and real excited that my new trimmer ls here. When I opened the box I was saddened at what I saw. This was not the trimmer I ordered. The shaft was different as was the overall trimmer different. So I went to the web site and and was cheaper and was changed for the worst.
Will be looking for a refund this was made cheaply and I’m not even going to use. The shaft will leave metal in my product. Make it like you had it before.

I apologize for underperforming redsign and confusing pricing. From all the feedback we were able to resivise the design and will be publishing it soon. Doesn’t come with hand crank
Same here! My trimmer arrived Friday and looks nothing like the video! Also had the same issue with the round shaft getting ate up after first use and shrapnel falling into the bucket! Then find out the price dropped 50 bucks the week after I purchase it! I feel violated overall!

I was extremely disappointed to find that what showed up in the mail was not at all what they show in their videos. The product in the video Has a hex shaft going to the drill and what arrives in the mail is a round shaft. This shaft tore up on the very first use and I was picking shrapnel out of my herb. Take a look at the picture and you can see where it has been ground up. There are also plastic spacers or grommets that are visible in the video that are not on the product that shows up in the mail. I also paid $50 more for the product as it was 299, went up to 349, and then back down to 299. Seems like another shady business in the cannabis world.
I appologize for the damage to shaft and metal shavings, I know thats the last thing you want from a new product. This is the first time we have seen this with the new shaft, its been elevated to our enegineers and we are working on fix now. As for the sale pricing, I appologize again and a refund will be issued. Please keep an eye on your email for further updates.
