We have been using the M-lite for a few years now. We just purchased a new one taking advantage of the sale. We recently had an issue with are machine not turning on. My sales rep got me in touch with their tech support and they helped me trouble shoot the machine. It ended up being a freak thing and we needed to replace the whole computer board. I called at 12:15 pm and they had the new part on the way to me by 12:45 pm. The part arrived by 9 am the next morning. That's the kind of service we need in this industry. When you are down it cost time and money. We greatly appreciate the quick service. I recommend this machine to any one in the industry. It does reduce labor tremendouly. Some strains you just need to touch by hand to finish it up. It keeps the bud in tacked and does not shave the weed and cuts down on hands fingering all your bud removing all the precious resin.

when the stars align, this machine is great! huge savings in trimming labor, the machine does about 80% in a couple minutes then we finish trim by hand.
there is zero shaving of the buds with this technique and far less resin removed then by hand trimming. and it saves thousands in labor every harvest.
my only complaint is I paid $6000 and now its on sale for $3,999 at the $4000 price point it would be a easy 5 star review and no brainer purchase..
